Car issues and maintenance have long been incredibly frustrating and stressful for me. Finding this auto shop has completely changed that. This shop is committed to making sure you understand exactly what is going on with your car. They are always honest and do a lot of teaching on the best ways the maintain your car. Even when I was upset and frustrated, they took the time to explain very clearly everything that was going on and why. Their work is both time and cost effective, and their prices are incredibly fair. I’ve lived in Atlanta all my life and this is the best auto shop I have have found. I highly recommend to anyone. Thanks to this shop, I am now less afraid of the check engine light!!
I am an older single woman and have no experience with cars. When I took my car to Automotive Professionals, I expressed my concern to Connor and he assured me I was in good hands and explained in detail what needed to be done to repair my car. When the work was completed, John showed me the damaged part and said that it would seem like I was driving in a new car - he was right! I am so grateful for the wonderful work that they did. They are very professional, honest, timely, and the price was just right thanks guys
Automotive Professionals and Repair is BACK! The new owners and new team are in place and doing great work. I took my older vehicle in for A/C repairs and came out with ice cold breeze and a far lower cost than I expected, thanks to their diagnostics. I received cordial service and great communications from the shop at the outset and through the day. It is great to have them back in the neighborhood, and as long time customers of Sandy and the prior team, we needed a go-to place for repairs on both newer and older autos.
Fantastic repair shop! Connor at the front desk communicated clearly and thoroughly about the service my car needed. The service they provided was quick, effective, and very well priced. Connor even gave me some options at different price points for the parts I could choose for my repairs. Highly recommend!
When smoke started billowing from under the hood of my car, I went to Google looking for shops and reviews. I wasn’t familiar with any local shops, but I picked the right one based on the reviews. The customer service was top notch from start to finish, and Jay gave me some honest advice about my car, which I sincerely appreciated, and reviewed the car’s repair history to determine what needed to be done immediately. The work was done quickly and I was kept up to date throughout the process. A great experience all around. I will be returning for certain.
I first went to Mavis tire near work in Gwinnett/Duluth and after waiting a while, they sent me a different Mavis in the area. He looked at my tire and said that it could not be patched and I needed a tire replacement. Then I came here and they were able to plug my tire for $20 within a few minutes. Since then, I have been coming back here for my tire issues with nails/screws etc. and they have been able to plug the tires up no problem. I have used both the BP station on Monroe and their main store. They are quick and efficient! Highly recommended!
They guys are the greatest. Got into an accident and they fixed it in 2 hours. Affordable, kind, fast. My new go-to mechanics for the rest of my time in Atlanta. 10/10 will recommend for friends and family. Go here.
I cannot recommend this place enough. The people who work here are very professional and friendly. They assisted me with a repair and answered all my questions. I was on a tight timeline and they helped me get back on the road quickly. My new go-to mechanics!
